After Sales Agent

Pay: £16,500

We are currently looking to recruit a team of After Sales Agents for a new team based in Stourport on Severn.

The role involves dealing with an existing customer database, Up sell into single multi-sites. Working alongside the existing After sales team, Customer Service team, Marketing Team and Sales team to maximise every potential sales opportunity from the our existing customer database via the CRM system.

Duties include capture additional information within the CRM system from existing customer data base, Make a minimum of 45 outbound calls per day from lists provided, Diarise call backs and follow up all leads.

The right candidate must have a professional, confident, friendly manner, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Have the ability to understand customers needs build relationships via telephone communication

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary £16,500 plus commission
